Built in 2001 Queston was heavily involved in the construction of this multi level facility. Queston completed all the TPO membrane roofing. On the west and east side of the building there are observation decks that were also part of Queston's scope of work.

On the west deck directly beneath the geodesic dome there is a TPO roof with a sand bed and concrete pavers over the top. On the east deck Queston installed a TPO membrane with an interlocking recycled rubber mat. The building also has several metal roof lines all installed by Queston. One of the unique properties of the building is the numerous metal architectural wall panels both exterior and interior. All of these wall panels were installed by Queston. There are several different types of metals with different profiles. Some of the wall panels are greater than 25 feet in height. The building metal finishes are extremely durable and aesthetically exquisite.
