• Can be utilized to resolve stucco issues at the parapet. The membrane can be installed to seal the top of the parapet wall or can be terminated on the inside of the parapet depending on the condition of the stucco.
• Improves aesthetics with white, grey and tan membrane options.
• At the time of re-roofing the option exists to build up low areas to improve drainage.
• The membranes are LEED and EnergyStar approved therefore affording energy savings. Tax rebates are available from the federal government to offset the cost of the roof.
